Abby is a Tan & White Chihuahua who was given up because her owner was going to an out of state college.

Abby responds well to baby talk and will even answer when you call her precious.  She is a very sweet girl who can be a tad shy at first.  Given a little time she will win your heart and be playing.  Abby would be fine with another dog if they are compatible.  She also appears that she would be fine with a cat.  Abby walks well on a leash, and does behave when around other dogs.

Abby is house trained.  When she needs to go outside, she will go to the door and request exit with one or two short barks.  When outdoors, she really enjoys fresh air and likes to lay in the sun for awhile.  Abby will also let you know with a quick bark or two when she is wanting to come back indoors.

Abby does require a clean home where items such as paper, small plastic toys, and undergarments would have to stay picked up off of the floor and out of her reach, as she will readily eat them.  This could be hazardous and even deadly if she were to get these items caught up in her intestinal tract.

She is great with pre-teens and teenagers, but could only be adopted in to a home where they are fastidious with keeping items put up so Abby could not eat them.
