Thank you for your interest in providing a home for one of our rescued pets. Please understand that our process does not operate on a first-come basis. Our goal is to match each pet to the best family for that pet. Because all our workers are volunteers with jobs and other responsibilities, we cannot respond to every application we receive. We follow up on the best and most complete applications. If we feel that your application matches a pet in our care, we will call or email you to arrange a home visit.
SAVED HIS BROTHER, BRISCO - EXTREMELY PLAYFUL PAIR
Montana was born 10/2/2007. He is a handsome blue-eyed chocolate point siamese. As you can see from his picture his right ear was split (but healed) from being tossed out with his brother Brisco (who had a broken leg). Montana helped his brother survive until we were able to catch them out on a country road.
Montana can be a little shy until you pet him and then he is loving it and wanting more. It may take a little longer for us to gain his total trust but it looks very good although he doesn't like to be picked up and will lay beside you. Montana loves to have his face and head scratched. Montana and Brisco need to be adopted together since they are very bonded to one another.
If you want more information, please send an email to paws@oplink.net. Our website is www.pawsrescue.org where each rescued pet has their own webpage.
