Thank you for your interest in providing a home for one of our rescued pets. Please understand that our process does not operate on a first-come basis. Our goal is to match each pet to the best family for that pet. Because all our workers are volunteers with jobs and other responsibilities, we cannot respond to every application we receive. We follow up on the best and most complete applications. If we feel that your application matches a pet in our care, we will call or email you to arrange a home visit.

Rex is a gorgeous medium sized boy. He was found wandering the streets in Brazoria County. One of our volunteers picked him up and found out he had been living on the streets for the last three months and had been dropped off. He was limping on his back leg. After x-rays it was found that two of the bones in his back paw had grown across the other bones and were pushing up into his leg bone and causing him pain every time he put pressure on his back paw. He was heartworm negative and very healthy otherwise. He had surgery at the Animal Surgery Clinic in Tomball. The surgery and after care has ran up a 2600.00 bill so far. (We would appreciate any donations for his medical bills). Rex is now walking and using his back paw without any pain!!!
Rex is very sweet and calm boy. He loves to snuggle and take naps. Rex is very good in the house and does not tear up or chew up anything. He is potty trained and has not had an accident in the house. He loves to play with other dogs. He is a calm and very gentle dog and would be wonderful with small children.
Rex is up to date on his shots, neutered, heartworm negative, microchipped. His adoption fee is $150.00.
